My good friend Volana and I were shopping for jewelry supplies on 37th Street today when this cat waltzed into City Beads. I asked the man working what his cat's name was. "Oh, he's not my cat," he said. "He just thinks he lives here." Scotty actually lives at the florist next door, but comes into the jewelry supply shop whenever he wants.
Look at him, sitting on the cashier's stool! Silly cat.

Vet Kittens
Jimmy sent me a picture of these cute babycats who've taken up residence at the Prospect Park Animal Clinic. Maybe this means that Trousers got adopted?

Trousers
I went to the Prospect Park Animal Clinic in Park Slope yesterday with Jimmy to pick up fluids for his kitty cat Isis and met this little cat, Trousers! Trousers is super friendly, is fixed, and has all his shots. He is also available for adoption, so if you're in the market for a cat friend you should go check him out. >^..^<

Gypsy
Jimmy's other cat is Gypsy. She is also very sweet. Doesn't she look so dainty in the above picture? Yes, yes she does.
Well, believe it or not, Gypsy is quite fat.
How fat, you may ask?
This fat!
She reminds me of a hedgehog or bear when she gets up to lumber around the apartment.

Isis
Jimmy has two very cute cats who I met this weekend. They are sisters, and today is their birthday! This one is Isis. She is very petite, cute, and friendly. The problem, though, is that she was just diagnosed with kidney failure. She has to have a shot of fluids every day, and has a very difficult time eating solid food. Poor kitty :'-C

Enzo
I saw this tomcat (he is huuuuge!) both before AND after I went to the gym today. The first time he darted out of the doctor's office in the ground floor of my building. I couldn't help but wonder if he lives there--but wouldn't that be a bit unsanitary for a doctor's office? The second time I saw him, he was playing around in the trash on the sidewalk in front of my building. His name is Enzo because, just as I was about to get a good picture of him, a man yelled "Enzo" at him, and he ran away from me. Stupid man, messing up my photo op.

Sandy Survivor
I saw this cat on my block yesterday (I was a bit slow in taking out my phone to get a picture). I am glad to see cats out and about after the hurricane. The wind was so strong I was afraid that small, little cats would have blown away!
