Cat on a Cold Shingled Roof

Jimmy spotted this cat climbing all over roofs on my block this morning.  I wonder if it's Yin-yang.

Nancy

Jimmy and I were in the corner store by my apartment tonight when he saw Nancy. She is so cute!!
.

Yin-yang

I was walking down my block just now when I saw this cat out of a puddle.  Can you guess why I named it Yin-yang?

Here is my crappy attempt at photoshopping the toilet paper roll out of the picture:
Not bad, considering I did it in paint.

Lucky II

I decided to stop by a corner store on my walk home from the bus this evening to pick up an adult beverage in celebration of the fact that my evening class was canceled due to bad weather, and I met this adorable kitty catty.  I met another kitty, named Lucky, there before, but was pretty sure this cat I met tonight was different.  When I asked one of the guys working at the counter what the cat's name was, he said Lucky. (I guess they're not that creative when it comes to cat names.)  Then the other guy asked me, in what appeared to be all seriousness, if I wanted it.

Popsicle

I was walking home tonight when I saw this little itty bitty kitty catty.  I really, really don't like seeing kitties outside when it is very cold :-C

Pandora

I went to the pet store across from Jimmy's apartment in Park Slope about a week-and-a-half ago and met Pandora.  I forgot to post her, mainly because my pictures of her were so crappy (unlike all of my professional-quality pictures I have on this blog *scoff scoff*).  I think she made an appearance on City Kitties a few weeks ago as "friend" because Jimmy couldn't remember her name.

P.S. I anonymized the store clerk, as you can see.

City Kitties Travels: Hong Kong Canines

I'm not really a dog person, but there were a couple members of the canine species in Hong Kong that were pretty adorable and deserved to share a post.

This one is an Arctic Fox, which we saw at Ocean Park.  If I ever had a dog, I would want it to be this little guy... except that I don't actually want him as a pet because he is wild and would probably destroy my apartment.

I noticed this dog while we were sitting at a red light on the double-decker tram somewhere on Hong Kong island.  The dog was shamelessly begging for the woman's banana.  It was pretty hilarious.

City Kitties Travels: More Pattaya Cats

Pattaya, like Bangkok, had a lot of cats.  So many that I only took a picture of one while I was there.  Here are a couple that Jimmy got.

This cat was on its way into the rubble-strewn lot behind a bunch of tourist junk hawkers:

Pattaya was FULL of Russians, which really surprised me.  This cat was chillin' with a group of Russian dudes:

City Kitties Travels: Bibi! Again.

Bibi was so darn cute that I just had to post one more picture of him.  Here he is checking out whatever was left of our amazing hot pot meal in Hong Kong.

City Kitties Travels: More Bangkok Cats

As I mentioned in my initial Bangkok Cats post, there were so many cats in Thailand that I actually got tired of taking pictures of them.  Jimmy, however, has endless energy for cat photo-taking.  Here are a couple I missed, and a few where his pictures came out much better than mine.

One of the many resident cats of Wat Pho:

A cat napping on the sidewalk:

A bunch of cats hanging out at Wat Arun:

Another cat at Wat Arun:

Yeah, there were a lot of cats at Wat Arun...

City Kitties Travels: More Macau Maus

Jimmy's phone takes much better pictures than mine, so some of the Macau maus are more visible in these photos.  Can you see them?

City Kitties Travels: Tabasco, again

Here are more pictures of Tabasco, one of my favorite Hong Kong cats.  Look how happy he is to be held by me!

And below is the reason why I love Tabasco so much.  His tail is adorable!!!
