We visited NY on June 13. On June 12 my daughter had to say goodbye to her Best Friend "MITTEN". When we saw this Graffiti Cat she said her "girl" was sending her a message.
That is very sweet. And I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case, since the graffiti cat is an angel :)
