Oscar (II)

While this may look like I just took a picture of a whole bunch of trash, there is, indeed, a cat in this picture.  I named it Oscar (II) because it was hanging out with the trash like Oscar the Grouch, and I had to add the II to distinguish it from Julia's old cat Oscar.  I saw Oscar (II) tonight when I was about to go into my building.  I also saw a city kitty last night, but didn't get a picture of it.  It's been so cold that I want to collect all the kitties and let them warm up in my 90-degree apartment... :-C
